•   To spend 1 to 2 hours with the client day for once a week
•    To be  accountable for delivering good and quality services / referring some of my clients to places where they can continue with their progress  
•    To meet all the needs of the clients and go even an extra mile in achieving their requirements
•    To pay attention to detail so that all the needs met                                   

REHABILITATION,COACHING AND COUNSELING  

I do counseling ,facilitate,family(C.O),matrix groups,home visits etc.  I get the opportunity to touch people’s lives and make a change.

 I work with in Organization’s doing community service, because it has come to my attention that lot of people do get involved in activities like sports and arts. However only a fraction of them reaches the full potential and  becomes successful.Due to the lake of faith in ones selves and during my research I have found that tools to address this problem. 

because most of the Schools, Institutions and Organizations offering these activities caters for the skills (the physical/mental  training). The psychological and spiritual part is left untouched. I have found that  there are lot of emotions involved in sport and art, due to the pressure of the sport and that people can applying on you as a individual for better results. I also found three important aspects in these activities skill, faith and attitude.

The program  focused on these three aspects. SPIRIT, FATH AND ATITTUDE. these THREE are  the  most important aspects one needs in order to fulfill his/her vision or goal because they work like roots in a tree. People can’t see them so they don't get much attention because people look at the skill but deep hidden in their hearts, there  is spirit, faith and attitude. People need to know who they are and they need to be motivated to believe in themselves. Through faith in themselves and attitude on and off the filed/stage, then they can go that extra mile.

I came up with two approaches to insure that the program is not just successful but sufficient

One is more DIALOG In this a[roach the learning starts with me asking questions learning more about my clients and based on the information received, together with the clients we come up with a solution, because I can now relate more to the problem.

Second approach AWEARNESS In this one the learning takes place to both parties at the same time.i don't go to them pretending to have all the answers but i also let them have an input especially when we come to the conclusion.

My experience in the past 5 years.          

 if a child has a problem there is 70% chance that the root of the problem is at home.

The program will have monitoring and evaluation tools, so the will be changes made and lots of improvement. screening tools and tools to prevent my clients from experiencing low self-esteem coursed by lake of self-identity

the trails of the program will be 4 weeks, the performance will change because the program is more about self-reflection and how to use the opinions of others to better yourself.
